Dragon fear aura not working (for shifter)

I nave a 14 druid/16 shifter character with dragonshape. I read in change log that a dragon needs 10 lvls in shifter to make his aura work, but mine stil doesnt work although I am 16 shifter.

Is there some other perquisite that I dont know of?

Mine's activating (14/18) but I haven't seen any dc rolls (only used it in planar so far).

When I activate it says I don't have the dedication rqeuired to use it... but it comes on anyway. Or at least the graphic does.

Yeah even my 36th level Pure Druid has the aura graphic but it doesn't do anything either. I was in the party with the Druid 14 Shifter 16 when he got Dragon Form but he was getting the same "error" message as I had. As Sparky said they are still getting the bugs worked out of it but for now it looks like noone has the actual ability, just a pretty Aura.
