It would be really nice to allow us to delete characters from our vault, is there any way this can be enabled?

Already done. Visit the Devil-Angel. May be found in temples or somewhere in each of the faction cities. Not recommended to use when server full.

Tried to delete one yesterday and got a message that the feature was undergoing upgrades and was unavailable.

But really, Zing has currently disabled the Devil Angel due to it being extremely bugged. He was having at least 1 request a week to get a toon accidently deleted back. I'm betting a couple of bugs must be worked out of the deletion system first before we see it again anytime soon.

The devil angels are deactivated at the moment ( unless the devs repaired them in the past 12 hours....)

this was done becuase there were a large number of glitches involved with the system (wrong toons being deleted)

i will assume taht zing will notify us when the system is working properly again, and yes just out of plain paranoia i personally would not reccomend deleting toons when the server is at capacity, Or is very laggy...
