Factions Unique Prestige Class

He's right. If you select Rogue at "Level Up", you get all the way through the process, and then when you click "Finish" you get a message saying that you have chosen a forbidden class for your faction - or something like that. The level up doesn't "take" and you have the "Level Up" icon in the top right corner of your screen again.

Ah thank you, I thought that may be the case but haven't had the chance to test out that theoy on my own.
