Divine Health
Lay on Hands
Blind-Fight

Aura of Courage
Smite Evil
Turn Undead
Remove Disease
Divine Might
Improved Critical (longsword)
Divine Shield
Extra Smiting
Extra Turning
Weapon Specialization (longsword)

Great Charisma I
Epic Weapon Specialization (Longsword)
Great Strength I
Skills:

I have 26 cha and 18str naked.
Should I go for Great Smite or Great Str to round out my character?

imp KD is a must if you plan on using that skill personaly id go with the cha pumping as you are making a smiter the more you have the better it gets your 18 str is fine especaly with pally buffs like bulls. maybe alternate betwien great cha and great smite on feat levels. since you can taunt epic reputation (if avalable) is a choice aswell but id favor cha and other feats first. armor skin is a good choice also +2 ac is allwase nice

My taunt at 25 is already 47 with gear, it seems a waste to pump a feat into that.
Charisma seems pointless to drive any higher, Divine Might caps at +10 which I hit unbuffed, and my saves are already in the thirties.

You could get lucky or trade for one of the Int books that will give you the requirements to meet your IKD feat - and yeah, it's pretty helpful.
And, considering some folks and mobs might have their focus in Concentration, you might need a bunch to overcome that.

remember that your cha mod applies to your lay on hands..pally/cot lvl x cha mod, you could get one that heals up to about 400hp. that comes in handy.
i say go for great smite because you will be happy with the results when you come up against an evil creature.

if i didn't do it...someone else would have.

divine might caps at 10? hmm well thats helpful information
in that case get a int book to get the imp KD feat otherwise its fairly useless vs the higer end mobs. armor skin as i said is a good choice extra ac is allwase nice. you can also invest feats in a second weapon for thoes slash resistant creatures and players this would also help if you go aginst a disarming toon as youll have a backup ( id suggest warhammer as there are lots to choose from and x3 crits are nice) great smite as it has been said before
oh how about some energy resistance feats for thoes no save spells like ice storm cold is quite common on weapons and enemys that would be my first choice if choosing one of thoes feats. you already have toughness so epic toughness giving 20 hp a pop can take a feat or two.
but all in all it boils down to what do you want to improve on and what your stats will permit but with books stat limitations can be easly overcome

Take at least 4 levels of Fighter. Take Weapon Specialization Pre-Epic. At level 20 and 21 go Fighter. You'll be level 6 Fighter at Level 21 so you'll get Epic Weapon Specialization and Epic Weapon Focus. Or you could take 2 less Fighter and take Weapon Specialization at level 21 along with Epic Weapon Specialization.
If you have Weapon Specialisation at 20, then you can take Epic Weapon Specialisation as a CoT feat, I have 4 levels of fighter in my build and not planning on taking anymore.
I dont think Epic Toughness is really worthwhile, if you take it twice thats 40 hps - but two Great Constitutions is also 40hp and also +1 Fort.
Prowess i was planning on taking next time I take a CoT level.
My char is Aasimar so theres some cold resistance innate
