Unfortunately, banish/dismissal have both an SR check and a Will check.
SR was not cast on it. If so, that would have only upped its SR to 26 + 12 = 38, which could have easily been surpassed by your 35 cleric.
While technically not immune to magic, my Epic summon has an SR of 59, which in all practicality, makes it pretty darn resistant to spells with an SR check.
I think I'll compile a post of my tricks sometime soon as to making tankish characters.

Yes, I tried dismissal and banishment on it...nothing worked...I even noticed that it was harder to hit in melee than a normal epic dragon knight summon. It also did more damage per hit to me and hit me more often than a normal solar. I could stand toe to toe with it and kill it in melee, but GOLight casting Heal on it made it a tank!
A 59 SR with a higher AC and better dmg per attack leads me to believe that the secret is in taking the following feats: spell focus conjuration/greater spell focus conj/epic spell focus conj and being a cleric in the animal domain.
If I can get my summoned solar near 59 SR (I have 2 more feats coming b4 hitting 40th) then please let me know how!!! Otherwise I'll just have to keep fighting Lework using my 300 greater spell mantle scrolls over and over when he mord's me...
Damn bigbies!!!!

Question, under the "Epic Cleric" feat in your feats tab, it should list what feats are available when you gain a cleric bonus feat. Are any epic spells listed in that selection? Otherwise you will have to get those feats using normal Epic feats.
Serving NS4 proper as Lathander and Sleeth as Bahamut.
Yes, I'm a DM, but your build still sucks.
