Planar vender

I ported up to him all right, but when i tried to leave it said some unseen force is blocking my way. I had to get a DM to zone me back .

When you ported there, did you receive a Planar Return Token? If you don't have one, return can be problematic.

mmm i have been to the vendor multiple times from multiple portal locations.... seems to be working normally from this end... awesome job !

I might of had one on me from before (token). Then i guess that would be the problem.

I had this same issue, a few nights ago. Meli got me out with DM port. It looked like I had the token, but the origination location, which is probably stored as a variable in it, didn't work. So it would try, not succeed and hand back the token to me.
