XP Loss after being killed by other player

Yesterday I was killed by Fartemis with a Wail of the Banshee while fighting a Polar Bear and a Artic Wolf.
This resulted in XP loss as if I was killed by the Polar Bear or the Artic Wolf.
The screen shot after respawing shows the combat sequence.
I hope this helps solving this bug.

this happened because the animals brought you to below 0 wich isnt dead and fert finished you off. wich makes it look like fart killed you but it acts like a mob did.....

if you were -2 from a mob and i finished you off you would get a respawn penelty. because the mob brought you below 0.

I was killing the mob easily.
I am sure the mob didn't bring me below 0.
And as you can see the only one doing damage after fart cast the spell is me.

Yes, it clearly shows in the battle log that he was still attacking when the spell was cast.

i think it was because the server might have been full and for some reason the scripts don't end up clearing you until it feels like it. so it could say someone killed you, but still take the xp hit.

Server didnt say someone...it showed up, its a bug, it happens, its happened to me, and prolly 1000 others, and until it gets cleared up its gonna continue, happens alot during relics raids, good policy is to wait till someone has cleared the mobs around them before engageing to keep this from happening, but in some situations that isnt alway's possible.
