This seems to be an awfully longtime for the server to be done doesnt it? Hopefully nothing serious happened. I was told from my friends that this server is great. I am anxious to try it out. :D

See, maybe this time is good for everyone. Appreciate what you have and what it's like when it's gone.

And, maybe I'll take this time to remind everyone to donate - sure, we're all developing this stuff for fun, but for folks like DD and the server ops for the NS3 servers, they're paying for a pretty fat internet pipe and some hefty hardware.

So, show your love to your local server op - donate today! :D

So I took advice and ventured out into the world without NS4 for the afternoon... you won't be getting any donations from me, alas, since my chosen activity for such a NS4-less afternoon was betting on the Preakness only to watch my poor horse break its leg, as unbelievable as that is  Poor Barbaro...

I would have gone out mountain biking with trogdorbob. Sure its really expensive at first (bike-helmet-padding-backpack) but in the long run its doesnt really cost a thing except for the beer and munchies to bring with us.

And how does "buying" level 40 characters work?
I know it's part of the donation thing but there's no info on it on that page.

I briefly used the search engine to try to find the post that i once had seen specifially underlying the donation "rewards" /procedure....i know the DM's /DEV team can explain better but if i reacll, the quote made in the first post of the the link below accurately represents the "reward" system: take a look:

(this is not the exact post, but im sure Flailer or the others can post the proper link)

http://www.nsrealm.com/boards/viewtopic ... t=donation

personally ( if i had the money to trhow around) my donation wouldn't be based on the rewards BUT rather as a donation to the casue (the rewards are a a nice gift to show appreciation i would think  )--- to the people who put time in effort to the servers creation, maintnence, and expansion...they have taken and continue to take time out of their personal lives to provide a FREE server for anyone to use and enjoy.... and my thanks goes out to all of them.

It's...down? *cries*

And which of you infidels suggested going outside? That's a major rules violation.

That depends entirely on where he lives? Is he in south-eastern Ontario?
