Making Vamp Regen a 2handed weapon only mod would help 2handed weapons.

Having entire map of Avendell revealed on mini-map when you enter it would be useful.

The spell Fear doesn't work as advertised in the description, seems rather useles in general.

Hold Monster doesn't last 1round/lvl, not even when extended... Same with Charm Monster.

Mass Charm doesn't appear to do anything at all.

Mass Blind/Deaf doesn't appear to do anything at all.

Damlin Armsman, barracks store for newbies to LA, sells Chain Shirts as light armor, even though they're medium armor.

Same for Shadow Legion marketing rep... probibly all branches of "newbies buy here" someone needs to have the spec sheet on that chain updated in the mean time espect more complaints to the manufacturer.

hjere is how it might go with a Newb

Newb: "Chain shirt is light armour here, cool... gotta get me some of that action"
* buys tried and fails to wear the light armour *

Newb: "Excuse me there has been a mistake, this armour is not light"

Damlin: "Sorry youve tried it on and Damlin does not deal in soiled goods"

Newb: "Your time will come!"

Damlin: "You may not take your frustrations out on me, I have the protection of the entire faction"

Newb: "I will remember you as the first one to wrong me in this strange new world"

Damlin: "I may be the first but I will not be the last"!

Newb: "Is that a threat"?

Damlin: "Call it an observation..."

Newb: "Look this is going horribly in the worng direction, there has obviously been a mistake here, can I have my money back please"

Damlin: "I am not a second hand goods dealer and you had best go find some rats to kill, be careful, cause if its light armour you were after I bet you cant take too many hits from those pesky little blighters"

Newb: "Man thats just nasty... but good point where can I get some healing"

Damlin: "There is a trader that will sell healing supplies 24hours a day, but raiders are constantly taking him and his clients out plus you have no money left remember"

Newb: "Yeah forgot about that lack of money thing, rats with no armour and no heals it is..."

Damlin: "Try not to die to much".

Now the same situation with a regular player

Regular: "Damlin give me a bloody refund"

Damlin: " "

Regular: "thats right no one actualy speaks here"

Damlin: " "

Regular: "Hang on I am going to log my [insert faction here] charactor and get my vengance on you, then I will drop some cash in a high traffic zone and this new charactor will get some real gear".

Damlin: "Try not to die to much"

Regular: "You first buddy"

The bolt attack on the Pigmy Cookers seems a little over powered...

Gnoll archer CR seems a bit low. 14 or 15 would be more suited to the amount of absolute slaughter they can put out, especially given how they're usually placed where they are hard to get to.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

Jester went into hyper SPAM mode ! omg combine the posts ! :D

Anyways ---- Jester brought up a GOOD point -- Merfolk Imperials -- somthing is really whacked about them.

--- maybe now would be a good time to give the NS guards a little kick :D

--- Ice Giant Mendous's could use a bit of a CR kick ... they can be time consuming to kill too ( when soloing or w/ 2 ppl)

Another tangent --- Guardians on the planes ( fire Guardians for example) can take 5 minutes to kill... it is really discouraging, especially when in the time it takes to kill a guardian, you can whack 3-5 other planar creatures getting 1.5 - 2x the ammount of xp you would from ONE guardian --- ( and the items that fire guardians and the fire spirits drop are very similar ---- i will look at them when i log on momentarily.

No, I think they are fine the way they are. They are not much of a threat, my dwarf can knock them down and chop their legs off and then their head (although it is rather annoying when they happen to cast a heal spell AFTER I knock them down, litterally). They do not deal much physical damage, although their harm spells can be a pain. However, if you can break their concentration, knock them down, or hack away at them for that matter you should be able to get them. I think their CR is fair, raising their CR would be a joke to the Warriors whose CR rests above theirs.

I don't know how many times this has been pointed out, but the CR of the Frostdale Skeletons is ridiculous. I've had clerics go done there, and the xp is still not worth it. I'd rather kill wolves or giants.

Gnoll archers are easy. Just get them in a position where they're forced to melee. The shields the gnolls drop provide good defense as well. Potions of ghostly/ethereal visage will give some defense against their missile attacks. Use a piercing weapon, since gnolls have good defense against slashing and bludgeoning (there is one exception). Gnolls are insanely easy if you've got a rapier of pain.

Rapier of pain is high-level.

Some of the archers are impossible to get into melee. The only way I've been able to handle them at sub-20 levels with 2-3 member parties is with Darkness.
