Dwarven Equipment

I've noticed in the Dwarven Mines-Entrance that there are two of the good forges there for Dwarven Steel. There are Armor and Martial Weapons. But wheres the Exotic? In fact, the Dwarven Waraxe is exotic itself. The DWARVEN Waraxe. Please place a forge there for Exotic weapons.

They are just cheaper to craft at right? No other benefits?

It does seem weird that there is no exotic station. You would think they would have armor and the 3 melee weapons craft stations.

Yeah I was wondering aobut that too, aren't the Dwarven Forges good enough to achieve Master Artisan at as well?

Probably balance. That's a faction city, and it's way too convenient for members of RK to just be able to crank out MA items in their own city like that. Besides, there's a nice location that's friendly to RK that's got Martial, Armor, Exotic, and Arcane MA stations all in the same place, so it's not like they're losing out too much.
