i think that LA should be givin the unique prc of Harper Scout it fits with the LA storyline ect

I've seen a total of 1 Harper Scout since I've started DMing, and that guy took a break from the game.

Yep, I got about 12 different HS builds just waiting to be made. I just have to blow the dust off them and they'll be ready to go.

What you don't know, is that harper scouts are the only class that allows you to get Devastating Critical....little known fact... so go spend lots of time building an uber harper scout.

devastating crit has been an issue andi dont think it was deemed accessible onlevel-up. my wm had access to devastating critical but when i chose it, i wasn't able to level and had to retake another feat.
