What Iris said, anyways, let the people shout all they want, if a DM feels it is bad, they will ban them as soon as they can.
The upside of allowing only level 40's to get NS armor from the Cave is:
Not everyone will be running around low leveled with the magestic gears known as NS armor.
More people will have to earn it in a hard way, which I think that needs to be changed to an even harder one.
Not everyone is built to get a set

i didn't explain myself well...
for example i had a char with ns warrior armor and i wanted to xfer that armor for another lvl 40 mine.... and it was already dyed so no problem in dropping on floor... so when i tried to pick the ns armor with another lvl 40 ...puff gone bye bye...hazta la vista... =( well end of story lol
in resume would be cool to let others lvls 40 use ns armor from other lvls 40..

No dropping, loaning, transferring NS Armor.. period.
If anybody gets caught doing so, is considered an exploit, so expect jail time.
Play the game like it is supposed to be played.
If anybody want NS armor for any of their characters, form a party and go to DWP.
Its a matter of earning it, like everybody else does.

Personally, I think all Uber gear ought to behave like LP tokens. That way someone would have to be present to acquire it. I also think that no-drop gear should act like LP tokens or at the least allow garbage cans to accept them.
No you don't. Cause the next time you started a toon and couldn't seed it you would be screamin' your head off. As an alternative, New acronyms put into play.
First:
WTH= "Willing to Help!" This is shouted by the person who has about seven or eight level 40's and are just plain bored. This way you can be a service to the NS Community. Oh I know! How about an 'Adopt a Noob' program? (btw wth does not = what the hell in this case.)
Second:
NSHP="Need Some Help Please" This is shouted by the person who needs help. This way other members of the NSC (neversummer community) can send you a 'tell'. I repeat A 'TELL'! asking you what your problem is and how they can help.
Third:
WTB="Willing To be Beaten" From now on, this is shouted by the person who will be repeatedly beaten and smited by;
1. a local DM.
2. a local player.
This shout illicits a new PvP reaction where the entire server can hunt you down and kill you indescriminately. (check for sp* DV)
Fourth:
WTS="Willing To be Slapped" This is shouted by the person who wants all of their stuff pp'd. Open season on the Heretics of NS! Selling NS gear,,I have never been so ashamed. Give it away sure, but don't desecrate by putting a price tag on it!
In any case, just some ideas.
Sweatin' like a cheap pound of bacon.

You dont try NS armors, when you are in the Artic Cave, you get given the oportunity to check every NS armor there is, you can look at stats as well as which classes can equip it and or not. There are some that are "wearable" by more than one class, others are unique to a class in particular.
Now, since you said that, which I quoted, a question pops to my head.. have you ever been to the Artic Cave in order to retrieve a Neversummer armor?

Elicits, indiscriminately. You were close.

After all, only Lewis Carroll is allowed to do that.

First off, I dont believe you can make any judgement without knowing whom your speaking about. I have yet to "scream my head" off about anything in NS, especially gear. Everyone who knows me knows I pretty much like to do things solo. The accomplishments are greater. That said I have not been adverse to accepting help on an area that is either too much for my toon or that I do not know. I have helped, as much if not more than I have been helped, with starting a toon out, directions, rezzes or whatnot.
Secondly, What do acronymns have to do with anything in this thread? Are you referring to "LP". The Lost Paradise tokens?
By giving away the NS gear or allowing it to be given away, all you are doing is perpetuating the "gimme gimme" mentality. Where no one works for what they have. And they have no respect for what they do have because it was not earned it was given. Sound like a familiar theme in todays soceity? Do we want to lose drive, creativity and finally...hope? Or do we want self-respect, self-esteem and maybe some self-satisfaction? Personally I choose the latter. Yes I know, its only a game. But it is still an exercise in human behavior, so why not improve life where we can. Start small.
Never underestimate the power of idiots in large groups.
