thank you for completely proving my point that is how i heard it and interprited it. My fault for not knowing the fence thing i accept it appologize and offer a halfling slave to the great dragons on my behalf for shaming them in any way. p.s. Well, since I was on at the time as a player, let me say that you were warned clearly what the rule was that you were breaking. It was done over shout, your sincere lack of any responsability then or now makes me inclined to extend your punishment.
Let me let you in on another rule that most people seem to know without having it spoonfed to them.
DMs are the judge jury and executioner. There are no lawyers to help you, if a DM rules against you, that ruling stands. Arguing and whining wont change a thing.

As i said in my last post im new on Neversummer but not to neverwinter. Some servers actually let you say something in your defence and consider whether or not it was sever enough to be banned at all. But what ever do as you wish. Its your server .
