Epic Quest

OK, I'm a n00b. I JUST found Angmar =P

But in a way, it's a good thing, because it made me think of a good epic quest for MA; Dragon Killer.

Have a person go around the realm killing dragons and stealing their essance/soul/scales/blood/whatever in their quest for power starting with Angmar and ending with the rulers AO. I dont know if there is a way to tell if they do this solo, but that would be best (after all it's their quest not their friends).

I dunno what kind of award would be given, but I'm sure DeathDealer1 has a wishlist a mile long.

Oh, I have no doubts they would =P Their objections would only make this better because it would increase the difficulty.

I also think it would give people a reason to fight the dragons; I've fought the 4 in sleeth and angmar and none of them dropped anything good and were too hard for the little experience I got, so I see no reason to ever fight them again outside of Sleeth raids. Especially Angmar since he is so far out of the way.

dragon killer wouldn't really go with the MA scene......would have to be hippy killers since MA and TC are the waring factions of casters. just like SL and RK, AO and NC, LA and everyone.

I am all down for this i just think if its going to be implemented there should be an epic quest for every faction.

And personally i think it would be great considering last time me and kromix defended against 6 brethren and friends and it was a good fight but nonetheless it was kind of boring......

true, and I guess this does sound more of a paladin quest...

But the problem is that some of the dragons are good and that combined with Angmar being clost to MA, I felt that indiscrimanent killing of both evil and good for the sake of power was right up your alley.

Just think of it as not the dragons are the enemy of MA, just hostile subjects. Its not that they care about the dragons, they only want their blood for testing in their arcane labs. But dragons won't willingly give their blood, so there might be a little argument

there is a dragon really close to NS and it is within the RK territory right off the black hills. why can't Leonsbane want some dragon blood?
