I kind of like this idea (although from the context I think he was talking about pvp killing). Kiiling your own cities guard for easy XP should not be a benefit. I dislike having to attack hostile players fromenemy factions who dare to defile NS to begin with, but it's worse if the player is LA. I don't get an item drop, this makes it safe for them to raid LA on an LA toon, and not have to lose ANYTHING from being pked. I either have to manually switch them to hostile on the player list or attack them with the radial menu, and I have to use up healing potions and other supplies while battling the dirty little traitor.Zing wrote: It would be my pleasure to write a script which rewards a player for killing one of his own faction...the prize? However, I've seen a few cases where I've accidentally gone hostile toward my own faction while defending them from other players or monsters. It would be good if the player could have the chance to atone for his actions if an accidental switch happened so the DMs don't have to deal with it, but it should be set up in a way that a player can't abuse it.
