PvP ?

Is the PvP here extensive or low-key ?

I have no particular interest in it, but I presume it will be 'around' due to factions. The invasion, et al.

mucho PvP... if you want to be safe... join shadow legion or mystral acendancy, seeing as they will be the most powerful alliance.

no 0ne really knows just how extensive the PvP is...

you see, the server hasnt actaully been opened to the public yet..

As to the PvP....I haven't seen anything mentioned about the res 2 minute rule. Given that this is a person in your own faction that is....

I mean after all you aren't going to be kiling an opposed faction just to rez him a few minutes later so that he can continue to try and undermine Your faction.

well, the thing is... you dont have to rez em

there wont be an XP penalty for dieing by the hand of another player.

extensive faction PvP would seem to foster more party/team play (for protection), which is something I think the devs want, so my guess is that PvP will abound!

One of the major reasons for factions was for the PVP ability.

rampant pvp = rampant grieving
you should see the other servers that have this, you log in, and there's a couple people right there waiting to spam kill new chars or whatever. there has to be some rules reguarding this other than go kill whenever.

New characters will join in their safe faction homeland though, and should be somewhat protected from being griefed upon creation. At least that's my impression of all I've seen in the forums / docs.

Good luck hanging around the main respawn area for a given faction. You might get killed more than you kill heheh
