now...with the auto lock script coming into place and non guild members not having access. is it against the rules for a member of a house with permision from the leader let in a non-house member for purposes of recruitment or showing off their super cool pad?

It will be up the the individual guilds.

The script that will be put in place is a little tricky for you, since it only locks the door when the area despawns, so you will still need to watch out for intruders, and lock your doors

i do think that the constraints of "Do Not Enter Under Any Circumstances" are a bit much, considering the absolute bragging/inticement of action that it would have for an individual to be able to break in and cause chaos for that guild.
