Dev crit allowed? Any feat restrictions?

I've heard that Dev Crit is not allowed. Can someone confirm? If it is disabled, can it be documented more prominently?

Dev crit is disabled, if you choose the feat at level up, your char will be deleved so you can redo that level once again.

Im pretty sure it is somewhere on the Documentation forum, but since my internet is rather slow right now, i wont go look for it (proberly under the misc post)

be happy it is disabled, think : you start playing a low fortidute save character ( rogue for example) just for fun, and a dual wielding rapier master comes across your path with pk thoughts.... , wanna bet who wins the battle, even if both are same level?
