There was an old post about this but I cant seem to find it…

Anyways, I have mostly NS chars so this is a general statement I am not talking about anyone specific, figured I would stress that before I get a bunch of defensive replies.

I definitely would like to see the boundaries of NS reduced. At the very least to not control the area right outside avendel. That way if someone doesn’t want to be in their territory they can cut straight to black hills and with the ferry system can travel pretty much anywhere.

I don’t know if this is possible but, if you loose your standing with your faction you should not enjoy the benefits from it anymore. I see people make their char in NS when they get high enough they begin raiding it, so that way they can kill anyone around getting a drop from them and are able to bind in, imo, the most centrally located city and have no risk of loosing items in pvp being NS is the most raided city.

Not really any major issues just a couple minor things that always irritated me

Netrom can you fix this :o :o

ps your not totally worthless Jester

This is allready being looked at, we are currently in the process of narrowing down what areas belong to what faction, afterall how much does Gnoll and SL have in common

leave the mirk for the drow and make that bind point in Linorla bindable for more than the circle. as for the bind points on the ash mountains, one north of the dire bears and the other northwest of the gnolls.........does ns really need that territory right outside menzo's lowbie area?

Some scattered non-aligned areas would be interesting. My guess is that Amazons might be considered NC territory, but does that make sense given how much the amazons like to whack NC's defenders? The same goes for places like the gnolls, the formian hive, or the upper reaches of Gaint Mountain, these really aren't places that I see the factions having any influence or control.

Those two areas in the Ash Mountains aren't bindable by NS unless they've been changed recently. I know because I've tried binding NS characters there. The Western Slope is bindable by at least MA. I don't know which faction can bind in the Eastern slope, but I know LA and RK can't.

Like I suggested a few months ago, I think it would be good to set all the neutral shards except Avendell and FD to unbindable to all characters until a quest is completed. This will give everyone more binding options, and give players reason to go to some of the more obscure parts of the map that most people don't bother visiting. And of course quests will give people more to do than just leveling.
