Well, that's rather annoying. If I knew that, I would have made a bard or possibly rogue crafter instead of leveling monk to level 9. The thread on the tradeskills under the Neversummer Documentation board should have been edited to reflect this chage when it was made, since I checked there to see what classes get MA Tailoring before I started the character.Binkyuk wrote:according to http://www.nsrealm.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=2801 monks don't qualify past MC tailoring, though it's not documented.
I've heard of quite a few people now that have come across this after they've got their characters to level 15+.
The way I understand pretty much all the tradeskills are going to be overhauled eventually. So far, I've only got a character to master Armorcrafting, and most of that stuff wasn't worth it, even at MA level.I've also *heard* that MA arcane is disabled. i assume only temporarily, my guess is it's being rejigged to take into account a need for +6 wis crafted ammys.

Ok, I'm not sure if this is meant to be an intentionally witty typo or not.JesterOI wrote: but once that song gets going they can definitely hold their pwn.

Still, I was considering making a bard character.

truly! I built a dex-based wm and a str-based rdd/bard on ns3 and the bard's ending ac and ab was a few pts higher, but with the power magic has on ns4 the bard wins even more with spells.
I have a lvl27 bard/ftr/wm on ns4 now and she's quite tough, probably the toughest i've made so far (better ab and ac than my wm but less crits). If I ever get to lvl39 then lasting inspiration will give the bardsong the longevity it needs for those long, drawn-out battles.
Definately a fun and powerful class to play, pure or multied.

Not to mention that a bard's primary saves are fort and will, an excellent combo, great for warriors.
P.S.
(It wasn't a typo, I was just being a g33k

I was wondering about something......I read almost all the posts on crafting but I was wondering: If a player is a certain class then he/ she cannot get past craftsman but does that apply to that class only or the whole character??? For Instance: A Paladin cannot get past Craftsman but if I were to add a class that could like rogue, then I could get my rogue class to 20th lvl and be able to be a Master Artisan? Or would it have to be a straight rogue that is allowed to progress to Master Artisan?
Thanks.
Thanks.
