yep, as the arctic wolfs are for CR16, wolfs are barely CR 9 worthy at the moment. Most giants looks like CR 16-17 like they are now

I would say 21 or 22 cr for the greataxe and scythe giants.
23 or 24 for the mendous.

The Sentinels and Scouts can probably do with a downgrade, and I definitely agree with Eva about the wolves. My 19th level monk can kill packs of them effortlessly. The Polar Bears, on the other hand, are harder for me to kill than the giants. Maybe a little balance tweaking needs to occur with them as well.
