Is the experience rate set at 100%, or something else?

Are HOtU PrCs allowed?

Custom experience system.

HotU Prestige Classes are allowed if you have the expansion.

The faction info has prestige classes from HotU. For example Ancient Ones has RDD as the Unique Prestige Class. I would assume that means we can use them.

the classes that have a "unique prestige class" does that mean you cant get any of the other prestige classes?

No. That means that the Prestige Class is 'unique' to that faction. In other words, you can't learn the secrets of the Red Dragon Disciple in any faction other than the Ancient Ones.

since shifters are for the circle, and the circle doesn't allow monks as a class, druid/shifter/monk combo is out then? :\
gah, i hope shifters are beefed up since that monk level made them useful at least

GAHHH my shifter/druid/dwarven defender undead shape combo is out :( nooo come back 39 damage reduction!!

ha ha... no room for power gamers... well, a little bit of room, but to a reasonable extent...

well, i wouldnt say the monk level is really powergaming, especially in the face of other builds like bard/pm/rdd. without the monk lvl, shifters are really shafted, their ac/ab just plain sucks (they only get 1 type when shifted too, and stats don't stack).

there's nothing wrong with powergaming either ! there's still quite a few builds that can be used anyway...
