You missed the bit at the top of the Human sub-races page that states that the plane-touched are immune to Charm/Hold/Dominate Person. They are not supposed to be typed as humanoid, so those spells don't work on them.

Ah, thanks, I see that now. Essentially you're making them invulnerable to spells that target a "person." So the "human" subraces would be vulnerable to charm, hold, and dominate monster, because that covers every creature not specifically immune, right?
