Was thinking of ways to get past the 32 cap on subrace SR.
Came up with putting a spell like the cleric/druid Spell Resistance on the subrace skin that is scripted to automatically cast itself on the character when they spawn.
Only thing left to do is to make it impervious to Mord's, Breach, and Dispel, etc. and set the duration to infinite.
Having it in spell form like this also let's you customize it to check character level and give a proper SR amount.
Subrace SR Cap
Something I'm thinking about off and on. Can be done by script, but haven't found a way that doesn't mimic the monk SR behavior (can not be lowered through script, I see that as a bug--why do you want SR immune to SR lowering spells Jester?)
The cleanest solution I've found is a hak + tlk (have no idea why the engine pulls the numbers out of the tlk instead of a 2da entry
). If we get enough dev critical mass, the spell system is due for another demolition and rebuild from the ground up--we could make a scripted solution then.

You can flag abilities as extraordinary abilities or spell-like, y'know. That's how a bardsong doesn't get dispelled but bless does. Making things not dispellable is easy. :)
