Donno, maybe made his save or SR. Or as u stated 'modified'. Dit he fail the save? what did he do than? Stoped fighting? or keep fighting? , i think there's a lil rules that says (not mentioned in Nwn thou) that if a ''panic'ed or alike'' creature don't have the option to run (like puched back in a corner with enemy's around him, or just blocked in any matter) the victem stops attacking and loose all dex to ac. Noy sure were i read it , but i think it was in the d&d rules under turning undead. Will check that out for you in a few hours (at work atm)
It's ME!!! Obviously I cast it enough so that SR and Failed saves weren't a factor.
And yes I did cast it on an enemy out in the open, then ran up to him, he didn't run away.
LVL 69 LFGS!!!
The Hasselhoff 4 3v3r!!! Metis n3v3r!!!
than its adjusted. If you go on Gaint mnt, and u got a low will those trolls fear you out to, but, as i seen to (never realised till now) your not always run away from them, even in the open (wich i don't like, i love running away from them, so they can't hurt me during the spell duration)
Whoops, ignore the PM Jester. It follows the PnP feared/shaken/frightened progression that things like Dragon Fear do. Not a bug per se, but comments always welcome.
