Server info topic

We think that we just lost our host for ns4.

Trying to track him down so he can ship the servers our way, but we are going to have to raise some funds for some bandwidth.

If the servers dont show then we will have to raise funds to buy new ones:(

We will try and keep you(the players) informed.

This is the reply I received shortly before DeputyDog posted the news of the day.

It might be prudent to get together a list of people willing and able to supply some cash-money hustling if that becomes necessary. PM me or drop a post in here if you want to get added to a list like that.

i have access to a nice box on a real fat line, with alot of bandwidth... i email'd DD about it, asking what kind of monthly bandwidth and average cpu usage, but i never got a reply...
so for now, its just running a 32 player pub CS server (at 2% cpu usage, i might add)
its a FreeBSD box also, so i dunno if theres any windows-specific crap they've done...

Bandwidth for 1 ns3.5 server is 385 min upstream-
Dsl doesnt cut it and most residential cable connections in non high tech towns seems to be a little laggy.

NS4 requires 700+ upstream for 2 boxes.

We have the boxes just need help covering the bandwidth and/or shipping costs to get the boxes to the location.

Please would someone supply the server name considering the NS4 is now to be hosted on a dynamic ip address?

For instance ns4.nsrealm.com:5121. Do I assume it is ns35.nsrealm.com:5121 or 5122?

Finally an IP address that connects. Thanks to DM Fire who posted this some ways in the past.

I don't use gamespy so cannot track down the Dynamic IP address.
