Me & arash testing his monk lvl 21 sr of 31, me 26 sorc i casted mord's quite a few times, and didn't take arash's sr down..... supposed to be -10 per blast i reckon, tried g spell breech to the same effect. It's showing the sr decrease icon on the top of his screen, but the char sheet shows different as it stays at 31, tried about 10 mords, and 3 gsb's. Still at 31. Question is this a bioware thing/bug/ really decreased and not showing it on char sheet/ or a crazy monk thing?

I noticed the same with my monk (SR 37). Whenever I get hit with a reduced spell resistance, it has the icon on the top of the screen, but the character sheet doesn't reflect any drop in SR.

I can't speak for the devs in terms of bugginess, but it's been something I've noticed as well. My roomate and I got onto our LAN and made a lvl 40 monk with Improved Spell Resistance so a wizard without Spell Penetration could only get through on a natural 20; the monk then got MDJ'ed, and it did seem to lower his SR by 10 even though it didn't show it on the sheet.
