experiance ?

I am a little confused about experiance levels. Why is it that I can kill a monster and get a set level of experiance, but if I happen to kill two at the same time, say with a spell, I only seem to get experiance for one kill?

I have always gotten the full amount of xp for for monster killed using an area damage spell.
Are you talking about synergy xp perhaps?

No, I only get the experiance for the one kill. I am on my own and kill with an area spell, but only get the reward for one kill, no matter how many I actually do kill at any one time. Can this be right?

Try taking a few screen shots of the combat window after a kill that you didn't get exp for, then post it as a bug so we can find out whats the problem.

Btw could it be that they are just out of the exp range :?:

Also try extending your info bar and scrolling up and make sure that your not just overlooking the xp for the kill. Are you checking your character sheet to see how much your getting from mulitple kills?

I haven't seen any problem with area effect spells and xp for kills.

That's how it's always looked for me...
