Bug?

So here is what appened I was Heavily encumbered on sever one and I walked to avedale. Transitioned to Sever four and sold my stuff, then when I walked back onto sever one I was Heavily encumbered again and I had just sold all of the stuff I had 160 out of 265 their is no way I could of been encumbered. I was able to reproduce this problem with another Character, but then Several mintues later the severs reset and the problems were gone. Should I report this?

The cure for this, until the devs tackle it, is fairly easy. Cycle into stealth mode and back out. Usually clears it right up.
