devastating crit

if you have immune to death magic buffs on.. can you still get devastating criticalled?

Not in NS4. Dev Crit isn't available.

Otherwise yes. Same with vorpal and slay on hit. None of those are technically death magic.

Does the pale master's death touch count as death magic?
If someone has immunity death magic, can i still touch him/her with death touch? plz reply thx.

Yeh, Death Immunity grants immunity from the palemaster death touch.

Death immune also counts towards the Planar Rift property on Black Blades of Disaster, if that didn't get changed last patch (haven't tested it since then).

Whoa.... No Dev Crit ?? Would have been nice to know that when i was designing my character.. I didnt see this in the documentation.. is there any other limitations on spells or feats ??

Nope, just no Dev Crit.
Many spells are changed. The most noticable of which is the reduced durations which is just plain annoying.
