Level restriction should be level 19-20.

Helm is 20 for sure.

And I am taking orders.
One of those rare imbued type rapiers that has the electrical damage
One of the Arcane Crafting amulets that adds AC.
Maybe some of the Master Artisan Tailored boots or gloves, would have to see them first.
Same with Silvery Weapons, I would like to see what the stats are for the rapier, scim, and warhammer.

These are the prices at Gnolls. Don't know if there are any other tables that allow Master Artisan Armor.

P.S. Why do small shields cost more than large shields?

yah, it'd be super nice&and it'd go along with RPing if arcane crafters got a bonus stat of int/char/wis with the staffs they make =/
