Jobs and Such

I've been hearing a lot of talk about there not being jobs for some of the factions. If someone (dev, DM, or just a few knowledgable players) could say which factions have jobs and quests and such and which ones don't it might stop people from wasting time in ns4 looking for nonexistent quests.

I totally agree! Any quest would really help me out. I can't find a single job or quest in the Northern Coalition.

Are the other jobs already planned out or would you be willing to read a few submissions?
