Trouble with characters being locked out?

I tried to log today (14 or 15 hours after the "infernal loop" took my character out - so I think a server reset occured). Starting message was the same (1-try again and 2-disconnect). I tried the choice 1 just in case and... it worked ! Back to Underground Lake (was there when the server crashed). The other thing (beside the joy of playing again my character of course) is I haven't anymore the "area portal" bug. I am back to serveur 2 now, and will test to go again on serveur 1 to see if this "area portal" bug starts again (but the road is long and I am too hungry now ).
Anyways, thanks to the developpers if they find the cause of the bug and resolve it. Any other players have good news on their characters ?

I have 2 chars that I cannot log in with. I usually play on beta 2.

Last location: Planar Rift (never able to log in after first time)

Last location: NS Academy District, right outside the Allaince Barracks

Will I be able to get my girls back? Or do I need to start new chars.

Was waiting for a rez in the giant caves and the server reset. He was bound to avendal so once again he is lost. when trying to load trente the screen lock up on loding neversummer.

Posted here yesterday how my character is stuck in darkness after trying to respawn from the underdark into server 4 which was down.

Anyway after trying to log in again still the same old darkness but I try experimenting and well i'm actually in this black room with no exits I can open my inventory and map and walk around this black room I get no HUd but using the shortcut key's I can do stuff anyway hoped that helped

Both characters got stuck during character creation. I'd get as far as appearing in the area where you chose a faction, the server crashed, and forevermore appear in the starting room, except it's totally black, and I can't click on anything. I've made a couple characters since then, so it's not a client issue. Just that those two characters are stuck in limbo.

I'm not sure if this can be fixed short of deleting the characters (which would be fine). I just want the names since they were both NS3 characters I used to play.

I get a message telling me that my character is having trouble portalling.

Also, there is a character called "Shadow X" that shows up on my character list but is not mine, can you delete it? If you can will you also delete the "Badgeraxe", "Dinosaurd" and the "The Meat Shield" characters.

Played another char for a while, but now would like to get back to this guy. Can he be rescued?
