Trouble with characters being locked out?

The first is my account, the second is my friend's account. we had just transitioned from old wyrm road to yuan-ti wastes, engaged in combat for a few rounds, then the server crashed. Have not been able to log in since. We keep receiving the cannot retrieve player location error.

I currently have 2 characters locked out.

The first, Class(es): Druid/Shifter
Name: Ander Rift
Location: (I believe) Sleeth Foothills south of Dragons Eye.

The second, Class(es): Druid
Name: MnM - Nightowl - MnM
Location: Black Hills (port to Windale).

Anything that can be done to recover them would be graetly appreciated.

FYI, I can't create new characters. Just brings me to the screen with options: Enter Neversummer and Disconnect. Then if I say enter, it just loads Neverwinder and goes back to the same screen.

She's in the Sleeth Compound somewhere. I didn't crash or anything. I just could not log in June 10th or later.

I was running through the Black Hills when either the server crashed or my client lagged out.

Same problem as most, login then portal attempt which leads to server unavailable or char's location invalid.

Tried logging in from each of the servers.

Lost: Somewhere on the fragments of something road (after wyrm road, its been 36 hrs since I saw it, and it was my first time in that loc. give me a break)

keeps telling me that their may be an error with my char, or the server may be down. but its been a day and a half, so the sooner I you can help me out of this bind, the better.

when i log it gives me the choice of Enter NS or Disconnect
Disconnect works fine

, but when i try to enter it loops back to the choices. both guys are on server 1 currently.

I just made a new character and just before the end of the first cutscene, I was disconnected and now I'm unable to get back into the game because of a problem portalling my character to a certain location. The cutscene was in "Enchanted Forest: Path."

Just a precision, cause maybe it's in relation.
Before the crash, I passed several areas to come to underground lake. I think I was on the same serveur (1 I suppose) but it was like I was portalling (same message: the "portalling, you can't move, trying to connect", etc). And I am practically sure that all these areas were on the same serveur.
(sorry for that bad English. I hope it's understandable)
