Having problems connecting

I keep getting the message across all servers (Neverwinter4 Beta 1 - 4) that I can't login and need to contact a DM on this here board. Character name is Slytemnestra Slee.

So, I've read around, counted the characters in my login name and noticed they were 16+ characters long. I started playing AFTER the 13 character limit was imposed. Does this mean I need to create a new PC?

The character name limit is 32 long, actually.

Awesome. Of course, on the flip side, I tried making a PC on Neversummer3, and it continually crashed.
