Black screen problem...

Two of my chars are in Server4 (LA) and suddenly i crashed and couldn't see server4 anymore. The same happened with a friend of mine who was with me in the same map before the crash happened. Is this temporary? Anyway, i created a char to see if server 4 exists and when i chose LA, i was warped to this LA map which resided in server 2. When i tried leaving the LA building, i couldn't portal because it said the server timed out. It's been like this for like 3 hours already...

So anyway, my other characters are stuck in the the black screen, I'm not sure if this is because server 4 is gone or because i can't see it; but my friend who was with me before the crash told me he couldn't see server 4 in gamespy as well and was getting the black screen thingy. We were thinking maybe our accounts were bugged or something. Could this be checked with the admins? My username is: Jnbs07

Server 4 was offline on Tues night I believe. While online many people were unable to go to Avendell, me included.

It might of just been offline and when it gets back up there shouldn't be a problem hopefully.
