This is one of the coolest ideas ive heard in a long time, and im all in. Imagine the possiblilties of the custodian protectorate. Just give a shout
"Clean up on Server 2, Repeat, Clean up on Server 2"
and help to stop the griefers, Gil- you rock.

And in response to carr, thats an example of a couple of characters that just need to relax if theyre getting all angry about a digital accident.

yay thanks for all the responses. i agree that we need to have some way of verifying the habitual griefers or we will end up being no better than they are. anyone have ideas on this? screenshots, keep a list of people who have been complained about...hmmm thats something to think about. well right now i'm still working on that teensy little problem where i cant start up my computer in windows, so i cant start with the cleanup for a little while. keep the feedback coming and PM me if you are interested in joining

we got something like this going today, a group of people from LA (myself), shadow legion, ragnars kin, ancient ones, and the circle (no Northerners came down unless one of the few I didn't ask were...) all came together over a common goal...killing (Okie Knight) and keeping him killed.

It all started when we killed him the first time...because he's an okie and okies have been picking on my low level friends lately. We were standing around his corpse and he lied to us about how he was not like them. I raised him and a moment later he knocks me down and tries to kill me. Luckily I have my fearless wizard-friend Thanos standing nearby, the okie was toast in one spell .

Said okie started quite a commotion with this, we got about 7-8 of us together at one point, a few wound up going to the surface and a few were low levels in other areas; but, we all shared a common goal so it was a friendly party.

I am very proud to say, we have triumphed over the evil okie and his friends, at least twice now. I must now call it a night though. I must thank everyone who participated, you did you part to make this a better, guilt-free world The rest shall remain anonomous because I am not really sure of their feelings...you know who you are though Thank you

If you think someone is pickpocketing you atleast set them to hostile, it will then be apparent if they are.... it appears in the server window "xxxx is attempting to steal from you". If its repetitive and obviously not within the spirit of NS4 then I am sure a DM will help you when they have time. Secondly find your faction gaurds and go and stand near them atleast then if the player goes hostile they will attack him.

According to one angry person from ns, although they may be pp'ing you, if you attack them(assuming they're neutral to guards), the guards will kill you.

You won't, it's not meant for you. But it shows up blue apparently for the DM's.

They're referring to the DMs that are logged in as players that won't hear it.

good job on a multifaction task force but let me say this: the group should target individuals on a case by case basis. no hunting okies because they are okies, no lynchmobs going after the people with a shadowy reputation. we want vigilante justice not salem witch trials
