You can usually use NWNList Scry to get the IP.

It's far from being fixed.

It was down for more than 24h, maybe a couple days, way too long for an update.

When it came back some pieces were lost in the process, like the protection from autofail on 1 rolls.

Server had this feature enabled since its beginning, and its not balanced for it, many mobs have stun on weapon, fear auras, etc... This makes leveling up harder than before.
Yes the game is old. Let's not be sad, we still have good memories.
