Reporting a Harassing Player

What information is required to report a player who is potentially violating the server guidelines?

I have the account name and the approximate time the events occurred. Is anything else needed?

I am guessing pics of the chat log or combat log will suffice?

Minimally pass the name and generalities to the dms so you can be sure at some point in the future the player(s) is/are up on what doesn't go here. Depends on the nature of the harassment of course, that covers a lot of ground.

Is there a specific location to send the details to? There was no DM online when the events took place.
