Speaking of water gen, just a small suggestion for a boost to air and water gen (maybe something similar for fire; earth is pretty good as is). Add effects via spells, like water spells or cold spells (drown, SoV) extend water gen regen/DR ability to dry environments, lightning spells bump air gen abilities somehow (just saw "The Avengers" yesterday - "Power at 400%")

Water gen regen works everywhere, bonus SR in rainy areas, bonus DR in snowy/arctic areas.

Though overall, yeah a few of the genasi probably need a bump to make them worth going into PvP with if theres a turner around.

I would add that for being ecl2, air and fire genasi are pretty weak, ecl1 seems more fitting.

water genasi regen is a little weak. 5 hp/round for 80 rounds is only 400 hp worth of healing, And most of that is probably wasted while you are at full health. The other stuff is nice, but too conditional to make much use of. Relic pvp never occurs in snowy areas, and it is impossible to know how likely it is to be raining.

But yeah, fire genasi and air genasi are almost never used. Almost anything that you'd want a fire genasi for, a drow can do better, and almost anything you'd want an air genasi for, a tiefling can do better. Not to mention all the domain restrictions and planar turning vulnerability sucks.
