You can make githzerai and genasi assassins, you just can't have monk levels.

76 ac is possible on that build with a +20 dex modifier or +19 if you take the dodge feat and include that in your ac calculation, but it would have to be a githzerai.

after a while playing in sever, and thinking about how ..i just realize that no monk allow you gizterai class...
just going neutral evil ...

prepic 8 fighter 8 rogue/sin 4sin/rogue : bab 17 +10 epic bab+3 feats+ 7 weapon + 19 dext mod = its 56 AB
now 19 dext mod is 48 dext or i'm wrong ??
gitzerai : lets do crazy and start 18 dext (+2 book)+2race : 22 :+10 dext from vls+8 from boots = 40 dext..
need 6 great dext ,and a cat pot , for 48 -50...
Epic feats : 2 from fighter (armor skin , epic weapon)
2 from rogue (epic dodge prerequist feats)
1 from assassin ( not sure you can take epic, disc but let say you can)
6 great dext and 1 feat for epic dodge....

i will make a simulation of toon in a module and post the final stats...

no monk can be assassin as its not allowed in SL :/

SL must have missed that memo, because almost every assassin they build has monk levels.
