Typical answer. Need to play a mage to understand it. A mage needs help to lvl, some other classes need no help to level, my experience from playing a mage is yes they are a force to reckon with with. No worse then a pm and his beasty or a cot with high saves, or a DwD with his saves. My mage has a low lvl beast and can't wear armor. or get a sd and pk a mage. Seems no one from MA or SL is complaining yet about the changes. Go figure.nn

Not to be a negative here but soloing compared to actually playing a PVP mage is a totally different experience.
