The areas Deepwoods Entrance and Deepwoods aren't toggled as outdoor areas. Ask any ranger
If these areas were toggled outdoors, as they should be, then Rangers on their way to, and from, the crafting station will be real happy

Forest Pass (between Beryn and Sleeth Foothills) isn't an outdoor area either.
