Not receiving "Defender of the Pure" Item for NC Jobs

Hi, I have been having some issus with receiving the proper reward for completing the NC jobs

I have completed both NC Jobs.

When I open my Journal, the active quests section has the following entry:

"Job Border patrol: Error, blank journal entry ncborderpatrol"
"Job Northern Coalition: Error, blank journal entry epicnc"

The Completed quests Journal has the following:
"Job: Vigilante"
"Regional: Arnoth Mines"
"Regional: Daeron City Defences"
"Regional: Outpost West Resupply"
"Regional: Outposts Resupply"

I received the "Holy Symbol of the Coalition for the Vigilante job but I did not receive the "Defender of the Pure" for the Border Patrol Job

When I try to look at jobs available, it says "You are currently not pursuing a Job. Select one from the main job menu" The problem is that I have completed both jobs and therefore cannot select anything

I also waited for the server to reset to see if this fixed issue but it did not. The strange thing is that before the server reset, I had the "Defender of the Pure" item but did not have the "Holy Symbol of the Coalition item". After the reset, it reversed

I recall a way to completely reset jobs... But I think we found it by accident, might've been losing then regaining faction fixed it or something.

At this point I don't even mind redoing the entire job if I could just get it available again

With the server backup restore, I lost this toon

I started over and was able to complete jobs successfully this time around

I've had job problems on a couple of my toons, and the DMs that helped prefaced their help with "*Groan* Job problems are always tricky!" Then they fixed it, because they are awesome. So now we know the truth: the Big Burp was a conspiracy so that the DMs didn't have to try to fix a job problem. A scheme that is fiendishly clever in its simplicity!

lol, i just have to say that the symbol item is now being taken and not given back after you complete the bat quest.
