Worst news in a long time. I -just- got a PC that can handle NWN2

I'm so sad, so very sorry to see it go, especially after all the work you all put into it. What you did have was really nice and I appreciate what you were able to do. For now I will just hope that perhaps some day you will change your mind.

Why would I want to count 12 hours twice? I’m perfectly capable of counting to 24, and while we’re at it, can someone go shoot named time zones. GMT+x is all we need!

Why don't you just shut it down for a few months, come back to it later this year, re-inspired, and continue it then. Don't try to make it happen too fast and burn yourselves out.

There's no hurry. So what if it takes 7 years to prove it to fruition. It's a hobby anyway.

If monetary concerns are involved. The NS community can help out, I would hope.

Don't doubt about the legs Neversummer has given to NWN 1.

I agree with Aj, don't just give away all that hard work, hell if i had a comp that would run it i'd do what i could to help out too. I loved making new areas in NWN1, help create about 30-40 areas for the last server i played on. Would love to be part of making a new NS server..

unfortunately the rig we have it running on is pretty good, the source code for NWN2 modding is as horrid/worse than Nwn1 came on. factor in that a single outside area doesn't take a small amount of space...it actually eats GB's just to store the file sizes.

Thanks for the glimpse into NS5 - the areas you generated were amazing. I hope it does come to fruition, someday, but thanks for all the hard work you guys did regardless.

This is really sad. The areas that were already in were well done (some really well done) and I looked forward to playing the finished module.

Good luck in the future to everyone who worked on the NS5 project.
