Question for character builds..

I know this has been touched on in a previous thread but its been some time since I've played and would like some up to date, factual, info before preparing to rebuild my characters and such..

Earth Gensai - Damage reduction

Epic Damage Reduction

Epic warding spell

Barbarian DR

Dwarven defender DR

Which of these stack? Which of them dont?

I guess my main concerns are

Epic warding and Epic dr?
Epic warding and earth gensai?
Barbarian earth gensai with epic warding? lol

Dwarven Defender DR, Barbarian DR, and Epic DR stack with each other along with damage resistances from items, ie Bludgeoning Resistance 20/-.

Otherwise, for spells and spell-like abilities, ie earth genasi token, epic warding, etc. they don't stack with any damage reduction feats.

So if you have, e.g. Barb DR and DwD DR and Earth gen token, would it stack the barb/DwD DR and then take the highest between that and earth gen, or is there some other funky calculation going on?

barb and DwD DR would stack and then take the highest between that and earth gen if enemy's weapon is +7 or less. If it's +8 or higher only barb/DwD DR will apply
