you know the more potions you drink the less effective they are....woo for potions!

aye, but you can buy potions that heal more hit points than a maxed heal skill

Or you could keep the char the way it is and risk 'wasting' a few skillpoints on healskills.

honestly..this is the first time i've seen someone cry about an adjustment in game that didn't let them spam heal to keep their char alive. i don't mean to make fun of you, but it sounds like your build was full of fail to begin with if your whole build strategy was spam healing.

I maxed out Fail skill on all my toons. Are fail kits nerfed now too?

Nothing about "spamming healing", but heal while hiding was good for planar runs (healing comrades in battle without getting attacked). Anyone can spam heal potions, I was trying something different.

The build did not depend on the heal skill, and if healing kits would have been like this in the first place I would have put more points into something else that would be more useful (open lock, lore, etc). That is why I say I wasted the skill points, because they could have gone into something else; Or I could have taken less INT and more CON or something because I did not need to max that skill.

but the bio hardcoded kits are bugged and dumb. we've made them more energetic and fluffy. i think the only players that would have trouble with them would be dwarves....because dwarves suck at everything.

also remember with the new system of heal kits we can make them do what WE want...which means i bet bril would take suggestions on making them good.

so with heal kits, are you making them less effective if you spam them like pots?

heh, didn't effect any of my toons, i always forget to heal anyway.
