When NS5 is out that might be true, but as it is, speaking as someone that bought NWN2 the 1st day it was out I stand by my statement. NWN2 is greatest disapointment in my gaming life.
I expected a lot from that game and all i got was a mediocre single player with horrible multiplayer experience and totally unusable interface.
I think the interface has improved a lot. One thing that can be difficult, especially for a lot of us who play NWN1 consistantly, that making the transition to NWN2 feels akward, and playing NWN1 again feels so much more familiar.
One thing I've done to help ease some of the transition-akwardness when playing both games is to download the spell icons from NWN2 to NWN1. It helps me get in the habit of learning the new icons.
LOL, don't I know it. My first connection with the net was over a T1 line. There is still no home service that will match it - I often download at work because its so much faster.

If anyone is looking for a good NWN 2 persistent world server Avlis 2 has been up and running since 2008. It is a strict RP server, but it can give you a really good place to play while waiting for NS 5 to come out. Be warned though... it is a strict RP server, but it is full PvP if you RP it.

I love the nwn2 interface, could just be me though ive always been wierd. The one thing i could not stand and stopped me playing it about 2 hrs after i got the game was the garbage camera. No matter what settings you had the thing on it was freaky, but its been mostly fixed and im loving it now.
