where are all my toons ????!@!!!!!!

i logged on and my list had " local toons" im missing ALL my toons , i had 4 40's several 39's a 1 32 1 34 8 books, a lot of gear and a few other toons, now they are gone, i would SERIOUSLY like some help here, that's months of HARD work gone down the tubes, the server has been wacky all day, npc's sitting idol, and now this

I ticked local vault allowed while messing with the server, that setting was on for a few minutes. We have backups, so see what's there and what's missing.

Will need to know account and pretty good idea of the character name(s) to fix.
