For a little change from epic lvl 40's bashing each others heads in..............
Come up with a build for a lvl 16 char for some pvp fun. No class restrictions, no pots, no scrolls. Chars will be tagged (not sure how yet, gonna leave that up to Kim and Tep) and taked directly from the rift, no factions. Not sure how this will affect prestige classes, maybe that can be changed, not sure how it works. Lvls and gear will be supplied by DM's and will be deleted after the event.
Prizes? Not sure yet, probably a few books and some epic gear, maybe a few million cash.

This type of thing is encouraged.
DM support varies, ask and see what someone is willing to do.
I'd go so far as to provide gear (say come up with a set of items to work with), give 16 levels on the spot for those participating and let them keep the chars.
ETA: I'd vote for banning Tep from making a halfogre PM for the tourney
